Wedding Mapper is a tool that helps you build maps of various places that are included in wedding festivities. You can also add locations of places to stay, tourist attractions, and airport locations. Guests can then easily get driving directions to and from each location.

BidNearBy FindNearBy helps you find items you may be looking for in a localized search. Just type in what you’re looking for and your zip code and BidNearBy will search ebay, craigslist, amazon, and Wal*Mart.
update: I was just notified that the site is now FindNearBy. The domain BidNearBy still works however.

Mapwing is a tool that helps you create and share virtual tours. It’s great for making tours for real estate, tourism, and just for fun. There is a basic plan which is free and a premium plan which doesn’t have any prices displayed yet, but is free during beta.

ShackPrices is a service that uses Google Maps to find real estate. They also have a nice feature that shows you what’s nearby in the neighborhood of your choice. Right now it’s only available for Western Washington neighborhoods, but it seems hopeful that will soon change.
