FRESHBOOKS.com

Freshbooks.com is a service that is great for making online invoices.  It only took me a few minutes to print up an invoice that looked like it was made by a pro. You can also create timesheets for you and your staff, view reports, and set up payment in a secure environment.  You can take advantage of freshbooks for free, but like most of these sites, if you have a lot of clients you have to show them the money.

  3. Many Mac users have Flip4Mac to view wmv files in their browsers. This does not work with your site however. If you can make your site work with this wmv add-on, you’ll reach Mac users too.
